Do not stay here by far the worst experience ever! All rooms are disgusting, very humid, smell like mold, missing room essentials, staff and management are rude and not helpful at all!!

We stayed here for a staycation. It started off unpleasant due to an issue with our room. We contacted the desk about changing rooms and Dara at the front desk immediately accommodated us and changed our rooms to a much nicer one. It made our stay more enjoyable for sure! The only other thing that wasn’t the best was the parking situation with the charge and the lot across the street for self park charged based off of how long you are in the lot for with each exit/entry. And I called customer service ahead of time to inquire about if the pool would be open even though it’s prior to Memorial Day. I was told yes it was and it was not open. I think that may be with Expedia so not the hotel’s fault. However customer service should make sure that they give accurate info as we spoke to several people during our stay who were also told the same thing and were disappointed to find out differently when they arrived. All in all it was a good stay, and close to downtown for what we needed!

I have never once written a bad review but staying here had a negative effect on my trip. The pool was "closed for the season" in May while it was 90 degrees out. They charge you $75 per day for incidentals upon arrival, so for a 3 night stay I was charged $225. Balconies are also locked off so youre not able to use it at all. Staff at the front desk was not pleasant or nice. I would not stay here again.

I arrived early, check in was ar 4 pm, I asked for Wifi access and the connection showed error, I asked the frontdesk, but they didn't help. My room wasn't clean, on my 3 day stay they never cleaned the garbage can, the window had a crack on the glass, the window glass dirty. I asked 3 times for bed linen for the sofa bed (that I paid for), housekeeping wasn't helpful, finally at 20:30 pm I agreed with them to recieve the bed linen in my room and I made the sofa bed.

The lobby is beautiful. The staff are rude and unapproachable with exception of the lovely woman running the Valet booth. As soon as you get in the elevator it's an entirely different experience. Everything is very old, musty, and dated. Filthy with halls that had warped/stained carpet that hasn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. Peeling wall paper in the rooms, dirty sticky surfaces, wallpaper slapped covering over outlets. All amenities offered were closed or out of order. I went to two different floors trying to find ice and machines were out of order. The whole experience was honestly unsettling. Like walking into a place frozen in time and left abandoned. I was told 75$ for incidental, and the 50$ unlimited valet parking was actually 50$ per day. As soon as I got up to my room I was charged several hundred dollars inexplicably. I did not even unpack I went right back down to check out and cancel. I did not receive a refund. Waited almost 20 minutes for them to get my car back. Not as advertised. stay somewhere else.

The hotel is basically clean and modern. I had a small issue with my shower because it did not drain properly. They fixed it, but then it happened again. The bigger concern I had is with customer service. When I checked in, the rep at the counter was taking a personal phone call via her bluetooth ear piece while she was checking me; I could tell by the tone and content of her conversation that she was talking to her friend/family, and it was definitely not a conversation pertaining to her work at the hotel. This was frustrating because there was information that I needed, and I was made to feel that I was interrupting her call, even though I was the paying customer in need of assistance. Also, I requested that my room be made up, but when I returned to my room later in the day, they had not made the bed nor left any soap/toiletries. All they did was remove the old towels and give new towels. The internet signal was also weak in the room. I would give a higher rating if the customer service was better, because the hotel/room was fine.

The hotel seems super nice when you walk in the lobby, but the room just wasn’t that great. There was blood on our mattress cover. There was no mini fridge and we only had one towel. The ice machine on our floor was broken and it was very hard to get ice in general! You have to use a key for the elevator and I wasn’t able to get to either of the other floors that had ice without a front desk staff member having to help me.

They lost my key fob and car for about an hour. It took them from the time we checked in about mid morning until midnight to get us washcloths that we asked for 4 times. The bathroom floor was very slippery and I could go on but not worth it

first room was ok, however did see something small crawling on the wall later in the evening the 3rd day. didnt get up to check or i would have left the hotel if it was anything other than a moth or spider. second short notice room was better without a fridge but ok. web site says incidentals was 250 , i was charged 300, for the first stay , we will see what the return is.

Problem with room keys would deactivate several times a day forcing guests to return to the front desk. Fire alarm glaring with no announcements or staff directions. Dinning options for lunch in hotel minimal. Staff minimal. I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this property and would love to book it again when in town, except for one thing. As a traveling businessman, I'm not always able to bring a printer with me; while I was with you, I had an email which had an attachment that I needed a hard copy of, but the staff in formed me that they no no remedy for my predicament. The business center was unavailable, they couldn't take my flash drive and print the document. I was told that it was against policy for them to print it with their equipment. I've traveled the planet and been in all kinds of hotels and never had to go off property to get a document printed. I had a very limited amount of time in the city that day and I had to use a valuable hour of that time finding and going to an off property business to get the hard copy of this one document that I needed.

My experience was horrible. You would think that since we’re past Covid that customer service would have picked up but I couldn’t PAY Litersally for my room to be cleaned . I was there two days and ended up having to change my own bedding and stuff. Then , I left for the airport had to turn around because I left something I. The room . Rushing to not miss flight the key card doesn’t work. I go to front desk and there are literally 15 people checking in . I move to the fromt , literally they can swipe it over the key thing in two seconds and not even stop checking in there guest . No they make me go to the back and wait 20 mins EVEN when I tell them I am going miss my flight. WTH if my flight luckily wasn’t delayed I would have had to spend 6-700 for new flight

Upon checking into the hotel, I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning was not functioning, and the staff had not informed me of this issue beforehand. When I inquired about the AC, one staff member was unresponsive and instructed me to wait in line at the counter. A simple update such as “the AC is currently down, but repairs are underway” would have sufficed and demonstrated better hospitality. Unfortunately, the room conditions further marred my experience. It was not only dirty but also had a foul odor, with visible stains on the carpet and furniture. Additionally, the balcony door was sealed shut, eliminating any possibility of natural ventilation. Due to these unbearable conditions, I requested a full refund and decided to leave within a few hours. Furthermore, there was confusion regarding parking; despite being told at check-in that self-parking was an option, the parking attendants initially insisted that valet was the only available choice. After insisting on what I had been told, they reluctantly directed me to the self-parking area. This level of service was unacceptable, and I expected much better from this establishment.
