High ceilings and wood floors create a stylish vibe in the family room, while a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround adds allure. Unwind into vacation mode and stream favorite shows on the smart TV, play a round of pool, or break out the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun.

When you're ready to eat, the full kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Upscale stainless steel appliances include a gas range, double oven, and French-door fridge.

Operating on solar power, this eco-friendly home spans two floors and has a separate heating and cooling system for each level. Added perks include central air-conditioning and plenty of private parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
