«This property is a very short walk to the beach and has comfortable beds. I had to fill out an inventory list upon arrival. That was new. Overall it is a nice place and decorated nicely.»

«Listing was accurate and process was seamless. Great communication with owner. Parking, location, shower was great. The unit smelled somewhat stale of cigarette smoke. Would have liked the mattress pad and comforter to be washed prior. Will stay again.»

«Location was great! It was just where we wanted to be. Beds were very comfy, kitchen appeared to be well stocked if you want to cook (we didn’t). TVs were a bit confusing but we are old so younger folks would probably have no problem. There are definitely a lot of channels available once you figure it out. We had some issues with checking in when the door code didn’t work but it was eventually resolved. I would say that in the off season it should have a deep cleaning, along with some updating ...

«Location, location, location. This unit was exactly as advertised with an amazing ocean view for sunrises and a bay view for a beautiful sunset. Fully stocked and clean, the unit is showing its age and could use a bit of updating. But, with views and amenities at each turn, the condo is a great find.»

«We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel ...
