«Everything was as expected. The condos are not very well insulated. We could hear EVERYTHING above us and beside us clear as a bell... Talking, tv, doors opening and closing, toilets flushing. Good for a night or two, but long term the noise would be annoying. Both sinks were leaking water and we had to put towels down on the floor. The toilet also ran constantly. Other than these things, it was a good stay. We were not in the room except to sleep.»

«Overall, enjoyed our stay in Aspen however it was a little frustrating that the property management told us, as well as the group before us, that the pool is closed due to construction and cannot be used.
When voicing this as a concern upon departure I was told that we actually could use the surrounding properties pool and that it was on me for not voicing this concern earlier. In other words, after being told that the pool is closed, I should have complained so that I could then be told that ...

«We recently stayed at Timberline Condominiums for our honeymoon after getting married at Maroon Bells, and overall we had a very positive experience. The location was convenient—close enough to Aspen for day trips while offering a quieter mountain atmosphere. The condo was very clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. When we had an issue with the coffee maker, they addressed it immediately, which we greatly appreciated. There are ...

«We needed a place to stay for one night due to an early entry time for Maroon Bells that was priced reasonably. Everything was as expected, very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that when we came back from dinner we noticed a small puddle by the refrigerator and the floor tiles were popping up. Luckily even though it was a few minutes past when the front desk closed we were able to get a hold of someone and maintenance was able to come and figure out the leak. The floor tiles were still ...

«The unit we booked had many broken floor boards, it was stuffy and reeked of cleaning chemicals and moisture. We could barely breathe. My husband and son had asthma and allergies flare. The oven was just a convection microwave, not a real oven. It was really disappointing. Once management was contacted and came to verify our complaints about the terrible smell, they moved us to a different unit that smelled neutral and my husband’s asthma was able to be controlled. The review is for the original ...
