«The property was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and it was difficult to sleep. We had told someone when we arrived and they turned the air down, but then turned it off at night.»

«Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience.»

«This hotel has a great location on Galveston Island. The Pleasure Pier is almost right across the street. There is a great restaurant and bar next door. The room was spacious and clean and even had a small balcony and a view of the beach! All of this and the price didn't break our bank. We will definitely stay there again.»

«For a beachnut family who still needs quiet space with littles, this place was AMAZING! The kids themselves loved the rooms and decor. Our son really felt like he was a pirate himself. «I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip.
