«I liked this place so much, I intend on making it a yearly family tradition. I want to bake cookies in the “cookie house” with my daughter and my future grandchildren. I felt happy as soon as I opened the door. Being able to open the door and see the ocean… priceless. Everything is within walking distance, parking was easy. The main street in town is two blocks away… lovely, artistic, convenient. I loved every minute of it.»

«We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tennis court and the main living space at Hollyoak Sanctuary. The weather didnt cooperate so we didnt use the outside space as much as we wanted to but it was fabulous and would be great in better weather. The property manager was very receptive in answering questions and was flexible meeting our requests. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms were great. Very dog friendly which we loved and a nice circular walk straight from the drive or back garden ...

«This was a lovely long weekend away for my birthday. The photos do not do this property justice. The location is beautiful and the views down the coast from either side of the house are stunning. There was plenty of space for myself, my husband, my son my mother and my sister along with two spaniels. Karen kindly provided a Stairgate as we never let our dogs upstairs and there was plenty of room in the dining area section for the dogs to sleep their crate. The whole area is wonderful dog ...

«We really enjoyed our brief stay in this beautiful cottage. It had all the facilities needed, lovely interior designs and a wonderful garden - and pool! The location is good - easy access to local pub, or short drive to shops and amenities of a town - and everything that Kent has to offer. We managed to fit in, designer shopping, beach and Canterbury - plus lots of pool time.»

«We stayed for four nights in June and were delighted with the facilities provided. One king size bedroom, one double bedroom and a small room suitable for a child (we brought our own crib for the baby). Small details like the stair gate and a few toys helped too. The patio furniture was well used as we had glorious weather. Staplecross is well placed for exploring Rye. Hastings, local vineyards and National Trust properties. We would like to return next year!»

«The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in ...

«Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. »
