This holiday home is arranged over the third and fourth floors of a modern four-story building, accessed through a historic courtyard.

The recently renovated escape enjoys a bright and airy living space which is stylishly furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a dining table and a smart flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates a well-designed kitchen, which is fitted with; a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located within a historic courtyard in the Swiss town of Ascona, 50 metres from the northern shore of Lake Maggiore. Lungolago di Ascona, the town’s picturesque lakeside promenade is just a 2-minute walk away with its colourful buildings, palm trees, lively cafes, boutiques and grocery stores.

Ascona’s Old Town, Borgo di Ascona can also be reached within a 5-minute walk, here guests can explore the narrow cobblestone streets, boutique shops, art galleries and traditional restaurants.

Art enthusiasts will want to head to the Museo Comunale d\'Arte Moderna (a 2- minute walk) and explore the tranquil sanctuary of Monte Verità, a cultural centre featuring an art museum, historic park, and Switzerland’s only tea plantation.
