Come and stay in this charming stone house, nestled just a stone's throw from the beaches in the municipality of Arzon. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has been designed for your comfort. Its garden will allow you to enjoy convivial meals in the sun, thanks in particular to its barbecue. Ideally located, the first beach is only 350 metres away, and many activities are accessible nearby, so you can leave with wonderful memories.



Upon your arrival at this house, you will discover the living room with the sofa/television corner as well as the dining table overlooking the garden. Just next to it, you will have access to the fully equipped open kitchen; it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a filter coffee maker.



The house has 2 bedrooms, both located upstairs:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190)



You also have a bathroom shared on the ground floor with a hairdryer, as well as an independent toilet.



To park, 1 private parking space is available in front of the house.

And if your basket remains empty, the markets of the Rhuys peninsula and local produce will know how to remedy that!
