Villa 'Alba Baja Sardinia' just steps from the sea, shared pool and Wi-Fi

Villa Alba is an independent villa located in Baja Sardinia, Arzachena, within a quiet residential complex with a pool and tennis court, just steps from the sea. Overlooking the water, the villa boasts fantastic views and spectacular sunsets. The property is spread over two floors and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, and a baby crib.



To move between the two levels, you must exit the villa and cross the private garden to access the lower floor. The lower level offers a living room with furniture, mini fridge, kettle, and sink, two bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), and a bathroom. Air conditioning is available in both double bedrooms and in the living rooms on both floors.



Outside, you’ll find a private garden, sun deck, two covered terraces, and an outdoor shower. You may use the shared pool (open June 1 to September 30) and tennis court, both less than 100 meters from the house. The pool depth ranges from 1.20 m to 3 m. The beach is just 150 meters away.



There are two or three parking spaces on the property, plus free communal parking. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside. The property provides waste separation guidelines; more information is available on site.

Outdoor pool: 30 × 15 m, 3 m deep. Open from 1 May to 30 September. Opening hours: 08:00 – 23:00.
