Cocoonr∕Book&pay agency offers this air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Arvert. It has a surface area of 93 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a garden of approximately 450 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. The single-story accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and a workspace
- Bedroom 2 and 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed with 1 bed on top (90x200), 1 bed on the bottom (140x200) and 1 pull-out bed (90x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

For your convenience, the house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
For the little ones, everything you need is provided: crib, high chair, playpen, step stool, toilet seat reducer, potty, and baby bathtub.

Outside:
- A private 17 m² swimming pool, heated from May to end of august
- A 50 m² garden
- A 350 m² terrace with garden furniture for 10 people (extendable table, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, and deck chairs) to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Arvert, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a local market.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house. There is also a space available in the courtyard for charging electric cars.

- Nearest train stations: Saujon (20 minutes), Royan (30 minutes), or La Rochelle (1 hour 15 minutes, TGV)
- Nearest airports: La Rochelle (1 hour 10 minutes), Bordeaux (1 hour 45 minutes)

- From July onwards, the pool will be completely closed and secured with two child safety gates
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
