«The air conditioner didn't work so the room was too hot to to sleep comfortably in. They tried to swap out a unit from an adjacent room but that didn't work either. So I have a sense that the issue isn't in the single room»

«We arrived late from Safari but it was a great clean wit quiet room for our quick overnight stay before flying out. Only problem was the roads getting there are very bad and despite being ‘close’ to airport, the taxi had to drive right around to get there, so would have been easier to book on the main road anyway.»

«We had a fantastic stay here. It was clean, tidy and very warm and helpful personell working there. We were also able to watch World Cup football match in the bar at the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!»

«Great hotel! Friendly staff»

«Great place to stay, especially before or after safari. Comfortable beds and excellent service. »

«The staff was helpful and quite accomodating. The hotel is also centrally located. At the time of my stay, there was no functional gym room however there are multiple gyms in the area. I would definetly book this hotel again next time im in Arusha.»

It was the perfect place to unwind after a long journey and ease into the rhythm of Tanzania. One of ...

«Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms in a very good state. Hotel very well located. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the bed and sound proof windows, due to the outside traffic. Thank you very much for the stay.»
