«This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. I placed a towel on the floor and when I returned from the casino it was soaked. Water rises from in between the wood panel floors. This is with or without taking a shower. «I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great.»

«Hotel was clean but for some reason our room smelled like B.O. and baby wipes. I thought the odor would go away after a day or something but it was present the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was pretty abysmal and we ended up doing breakfast elsewhere for the entirety of our stay.
Otherwise hotel staff were polite and helpful.»

«Very clean, great location but pricey. “I paid almost a $1000 for two rooms for 2 nights. The breakfast was free but, I passed. The property has and indoor pool. «I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The noise level from the room above us was unbearable and continued throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.»

«The a/c in the living room was damaged. The parking was good. Had to go to the front desk for extra towels but they accommodated right away. Staff were nice and the breakfast lady always smiled. The breakfast was ok as they offered alternative meats on different days but the juices were so watered down that they were not edible.
