«Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La location è stupenda, a due passi dal mare, la spiaggia sottostante inoltre è curata da loro, anche essa pulita. Torneremo sicuramente, se non in questa in altre strutture della catena. Organizzazione ottima!!!!! 😍😍»

«The breakfast was the only thing that was really disappointing. The breakfast room was really too hot, it would have been much better served in the bar area. The quality of food was poor, no butter (only margarine), cheap jam etc, no decent bread and what seemed to be tinned fruit salad and questionable (sometimes pink) Greek yogurt?! No selection of tea. Also too much single use plastic is used in this hotel, plastic straws, plastic jam containers etc. Our room (311) did not have a full length ...

«Everything was superb except the location of our executive seaview room which was located close to the caretaker/cleaning room, which gave us some bad fumes/odor and also alot of noice when the washer/dryer was operated (Pretty much constantly until nightfall). »

We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. «Hotel situato sul lungomare di Zante gode di una bellissima vista sul porto e di una terrazza dove poter cenare o semplicemente bere qualcosa da cui si può ammirare un bellissimo panorama. L’hotel risulta molto pulito ma credo abbia bisogno di un piccolo rinnovamento degli arredi.»
