«The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here»

«Dette er det eneste hotell i USA som vi har opplevd som er gjennomtenkt på så mange måter. Vi hadde kun en overnatting, men alt var tilrettelagt til å slappe av på egen terrasse samt takterrasse med flott utsikt. Det er mye fokus på at gjestene skal trives. Rommene var nye med moderne bad med europeisk standard (dusj)! Eneste negative er en pris. Den var nok i høyeste laget.»

«Really great hotel location. The staff is amazing, especially Iris at the front desk. Good in the dining rooms was great and I enjoyed the ability to work out in a safe and clean gym. I will be coming back and bringing my fiancé next time.»

«This hotel never disappoints. It’s got so many amenities available to the guests as well as bikes you can rent and take through the city. The neighborhood is walkable and has great food. Highly recommend.»

«Check in was easy! Vallet was efficient and friendly! Room was comfortable and clean. Fitness center has Peleton equipment and was spacious- free weights and machines were up to date and well kept. The location was perfect for easy access to great restaurants and 6th street. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! »

«Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs ...

«The staff were amazing. The valet even helped us get and set up the uber app that we had never used. Check in was prompt and easy. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The bathroom area lighting was not as bright as I would prefer, likely due to the black decor. I was disappointed that the only in room coffee option was Nespresso, not a fan so I had to leave the room to get coffee from the coffee shop. The lack of a microwave was also disappointing. »

«This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction. The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that ...
