Primary Bedroom | Main level | Ensuite: A California king bed anchors this private retreat, set apart from the other bedrooms for extra quiet. It opens directly to the backyard and hot tub and includes an ensuite bath with a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2 | Main level: A comfortable queen bed and fresh linens make this a restful spot, located near the second full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 | Main level: Two twin beds that can be combined into a king on request, a flexible choice for kids, friends, or couples.



Bathrooms

With two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready. The primary ensuite offers a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower, while the second full bath has a tub and shower combination. Standard bath amenities and fresh towels are provided.



Living Areas

The main living area features tall ceilings and exposed wood beams, with comfortable seating and a dedicated workspace for anyone catching up on email. A second living area offers another sofa and a smart TV, giving your group two separate places to relax, stream a show, or unwind after a day outdoors. Please note the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.



Kitchen & Dining

The open kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed group dinners, with full-size appliances and two coffee makers, a drip machine and a Keurig, for easy mornings. The adjoining dining table seats six, framed by mountain views that make every meal feel like part of the trip.



Outdoor Space

The enclosed flagstone backyard is built for slow evenings under the New Mexico sky. Six Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining set give everyone a place to relax, while the private hot tub is the perfect spot to soak tired muscles and take in the mountain air and stars. A BBQ grill is on hand for cookouts on warm afternoons.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and the enclosed backyard.

Self check-in is available via a smart lock keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Parking is on the premises for up to four vehicles, with room for two in the garage and two more in the adjacent driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Arroyo Seco is a small, artsy village at the foot of the mountains on the road to Taos Ski Valley, known for its galleries, local shops, and cafes. It offers a laid-back, walkable pocket of Northern New Mexico while keeping Taos and the slopes within an easy drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Taos, Arroyo Seco, and the nearby mountains.

GPS can occasionally route to the wrong location. From Taos, take NM-150 toward Arroyo Seco for about 4 miles, then turn onto Calle Vidal and continue a short distance to number 18 on the right.

In winter, higher-elevation roads can be snow-packed, so AWD or 4WD is recommended, especially driving up to Taos Ski Valley.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Self check-in via smart lock keypad.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• Pets are not allowed.

• No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please follow the good neighbor policy and all local rules.

• The home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room and all bedrooms.

• The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection.
