Important Seasonal Amenity Note:
Outdoor amenities such as the electric golf cart are typically available May 10th through November 1st, weather permitting. The golf cart may be available earlier in March or April depending on conditions. These amenities are not available during winter months. Nightly rates are adjusted lower during the off season when seasonal amenities are not available.

This three bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a spacious loft features scenic views of a stocked catch and release pond and plenty of amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

~ Electric golf cart is available until approx. November 1st (weather permitting)
~ Electric golf cart is unavailable from approx. November 1st through winter (weather permitting)
~ Please no parking on the grass, per HOA regulations. The driveway allows parking for up to 3 vehicles, overflow and trailer parking is available near the Bridges Bay Resort parking lot.
~ Waterpark hours of operation may vary and are beyond the host’s control.
* Please verify waterpark hours on Bridges Bay Resort website before booking your stay.
* The host is not responsible if the waterpark is unavailable during your stay.
* Waterpark passes are not available on the day of check-out unless preapproved by the host.
~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or in the garage. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, but cigarettes must not be put out on the concrete, any structures, or furniture. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
~ Pets are allowed only with prior host approval and must have the pet fee added to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee. Guests must clean up all dog waste from the grounds before departure, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
~ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
~ Please do not move furniture.
~ We provide full professional cleaning between each stay, and we kindly ask guests to help with a few quick checkout steps like starting the dishwasher and placing used linens in baskets.
~ Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
~ Please follow all posted community and resort rules during your stay.
