living space with a bright kitchen and lots of light. Large windows and a

slider to the deck look out onto the trees. The living room offers a flat

screen TV, wood fireplace (firewood not provided) and dedicated Wi-Fi. There

is a full bathroom on this level. The loft boasts two twin beds - perfect for

kids! On the lower level the front bedroom offers a queen bed and a slider

leading to the patio (accessible in the summer) and a secondary bedroom offers

a California King bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower over tub and a

full sized washer and dryer. Staying at this conveniently located condo, you

can walk to any restaurant in the Bear Valley Village, shop, go to the Cross

Country center for snowshoeing, sledding or cross country skiing; or catch the

free shuttle to the slopes!

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.
