This mountain view cabin is a newly upgraded 2000 appx. sq. ft. German style architecture at 4050 ft. appx. elevation perfect for snow, spring and summer with stunning views and surrounded by beautiful trees. The cabin has received new exterior and interior paint with great outlook and newly upgraded appliances, furniture and leather sofas. All 3-levels have wooden floor which give an outstanding feeling. A new 6-person Hot-Tub/Spa has been added to the lowest deck with fireplace to sit around and enjoy. In addition a Tesla 48amp power charger is added for Electric Vehicles.
We have a thorough process of house cleaning using sanitizer and replace all linen after each stay. Also after each house cleaning there is an inspection by property manager.
There are several features in the cabin for kids and adults to make the stay entertaining and comfortable. The entertaining feature includes a newly added safari Arcade game, xbox games with 65" TV, playstation, pool and tennis table. Also has central cooling and heating to keep you comfortable all four seasons. You will find the environment relaxing, quite and comfortable with all modern amenities including high end xfinity wifi, xfinity channels including hbo, coffee, washer, dryer, adjustable temp control and cleanliness. All you need to bring is food to cook.
There is also a backup of a dual fuel power 8500 watt generator. The cabin is 3 stories, including a basement, 5 bedrooms, multi-purpose room, 3.5 baths, 3 decks, 1 balcony. The fifth bedroom is also a multipurpose room with queen size bed, office chair/table, printer, 65" TV for games along with kids play stuff. There is an extra inflatable queen size air-bed in the wine room next to the multi-purpose room. The cabin has 3 decks and a French style balcony looking at stunning views and has half an acre approx. downhill view.
The lowest level bedroom and multipurpose room has a seperate entrance from outside at ground level which is perfect for elderly guest. The 2nd and 3rd decks are covered roof with outdoor sofas, fire pit and dinning to sit, eat and view forest and snow. The lowest deck is concrete with stairs going down for easy access to snow and fun stuff. There is lot of snow from Dec-Apr months and you can enjoy sledding and snow. The first or main floor has a half bath directly to the right of the entrance, to the left is access to the top floor. After walking past the stairs to your left is a beautiful kitchen with a a electric stove, full size fridge with filtered water and ice maker, granite countertops, rice maker, sandwich maker, ice-tea maker, Keurg pod coffee maker, regular coffee pot and accessories, cooking utensils, silverware, plates etc. There is complementary coffee pods provided. Next is dining room with a 8 person seating with a glass door view. The living room has a sliding glass door with beautiful views, 6 sofas with 3 power kreclining sofa and a 65 inch LED flat screen tv, Xfinity TV with HBO, a woodsman fireplace perfect for relaxation and watching movies. A room right next to the living room has a queen bed as well as a 40 inch tv.
The 3 decks and a balcony provide extremely delightful views of tree lines and elevated view. The first floor deck has 2 sliding door exits/entrances, which look out to beautiful views. The main deck also features a 4 burner gas grill, a 6 person dining arrangement with umberalla cover and a iron gas fire pit. The first floor deck also has access to the lower deck below. The lower level deck is covered to enjoy rain or snow and has a 8 piece sofa, fire pit and 4 piece patio dining. The 3rd deck which is also the lowest level deck is concrete with stairs leading down to a ground level backyard and has lounge chairs to enjoy beatuful views at ground level. There are 4 fire-extinguishers located at next to main entrance, basement master bedroom and on 1st and 2nd deck.
Inside the entrance from the front door the stairs lead to second floor master bedroom and bunk bedroom. After the stairs is a country club chair, a full bathroom with a shower and skylight window. Looking straight is the master bedroom and to the right is the thermostat, as well as the a kids bunk bed room. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, dresser, mirror, a Cal King Bed with a 32 inch tv, an apple tv , remote controlled fan, a balcony, and a his and her sinks, a shower/tub. The kids bunk bed room features 4 bunk beds with 4 mattress and 2 extra underneath them. Downstairs to the main floor there is washer and dryer are next to stairs going to basement. The basement has master bedroom 'Cal king bed' with a 50 inch flat screen which has xfinity channels, an ottoman and has a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The closet has extra pillows, comforter and inflatable bed. The bedroom has access to the covered deck which provides privacy to the other family with their own deck. Next to the bedroom is a kids play and office multipurpose room with a desk, a queen size bed, 65 inch flat screen tv with HDMI connection to Xbox or play-station. There is an xbox and playstation-3 with kids games included and other desk games. The multipurpose room has queen size bed, kids play table, office table, printer and 65" TV. There is an additional queen size auto inflatable bed with 3-levels of firm setting . Upstairs the kitchen has keurg pod coffee maker, pods, creamer and sugar as complementary along with free wine bottle. Additional amenities in cabin include Arcade game, Pool table, Tennis table, HBO, Xfinity tv, Apple tv, shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, Sewing kit, facial & body soap, Iron , Iron stand, hair dryer, a electric pressure cooker, Keurig coffee machine, blender, Cups, plates, bowls, utensils, silverware, microwave oven, mugs, glass and wine glasses.
There are security cameras on the entrance door, back patio and lower basement outside. There are no cameras inside the house. Please note a CSA insurance policy is needed which is added during booking or a deposit in leu.
