*Security Deposit: A refundable $250 deposit, ensuring FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo stays pristine. (Note: The hold begins two days before check-in, and refunds may take up to 7 days, subject to your credit card company)

Are you eager to start early or linger a little longer? Request an early check-in or late check-out for $36.75 each. While we strive to fulfill these requests, if it's not possible, we'll let you know and issue a refund.

NAVIGATING WIND ADVISORIES
While strong winds are a rarity, they can occasionally introduce an abnormal lateral sway. Our dedicated team closely monitors weather and wind forecasts, ensuring we're well-prepared to communicate with our guests in a timely manner should the forecast indicate strong winds during your visit. Your incredible experience with us is our utmost priority. In the event that strong winds are expected to affect your stay, we're equipped with several proactive measures to maintain the comfort and quality of your FLOHOM experience.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and with respect to the love and intentionality we have poured into making FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo an extraordinary stay, please take a moment to review and follow our rules.

🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby liveaboards, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is two, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to six, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

🔹Children Policy🔹
FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹No Pets Allowed🔹
Pets are not allowed.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

🔹Doors and Windows🔹
Please close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Additionally, keep screen doors and windows closed while on the boat to prevent insects from entering.
