«The sand screen has a big hole. The bathroom door is broken. There was nothing but the towels. The staff in the front desk is not friendly at all»

«What I loved was that the receptionist was super friendly since the start and everything was clean and peaceful. The cherry to the top was they let me have my dog with me and I loved that so much.»
