Winter or Warm weather Getaway@ Northern Bay Resort!

Plan a relaxing Winter getaway or plan for the Spring and Summer seasons. The condo is located on the 1st Green is only steps away from the Pool, Playground, Fitness Center, Pickleball and Tennis courts. The Northern Bay Golf Course includes 8 replica PGA holes, including 2 from Augusta National and is open from April to October. The outdoor Tiki Bar is open in the summer with live music on weekends. Open Concept Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 8-10. 2 King bedrooms and 1 Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twin bunks & 1 twin over queen bunk) and is great for families. Large kitchen with island and seating for 10. Lovesac sofa with plenty of indoor seating plus a generous outdoor patio overlooking the 1st hole to watch golfers as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments. Recently installed Under-decking for added privacy and comfort! Enjoy the shuffleboard table, PS4, board games, books and puzzles on cold and rainy days. TV with cable in living room and each bedroom. Ideal for family, girl's get away, or golf outings. Two kayaks and a grill available plus two parking spots are included with this unit. Come enjoy all the Bay has to offer! Access to ATV trails & only 20 minutes to Sand Valley or 30 minutes to the Dells! Northern Bay Resort is located on the shores of Castle Rock Lake and features a replica golf course inspired by the famous holes the Pros play. At the Golf Course at Northern Bay, you won't simply be playing golf, you'll be competing shot-for-shot against the most legendary holes in all of golf. Clean and comfortable space, beautiful kitchen. Only issue concern was the master bedroom shower floor. It is missing grout in a big section next to the drain. Also a soft spot in that area.

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo! We LOVE the proximity to the pool! Our kiddos love the bunkroom, which is full of fun activities, and it is so nice that there is a queen mattress on the bottom of the larger bunk. The kitchen is well-stocked, they have tons of beach/pool towels (one less thing to pack), and the back patio is so nice with the protective net for the golf course. Jeff is super responsive and very accommodating. We look forward to next summer's stay!

The condo is very spacious and beautiful! Jeff was very responsive with questions we had upon arrival and during our stay. The location is close to the pool and beach and right on the first hole of the gold course. The shuffle board is a awesome... my husband and I loved playing! The condo is well stocked with all kitchen appliance you would need along with beach towels, extra sunglasses and other little extras that you may have left at home. My only critique would be the outdoor furniture... the couch is a bit small... something a little larger and more comfortable would be a great addition. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

4th of July Vacation

Jeff’s condo was absolutely stunning!!! My kids never wanted to leave and wanted to live there forever! The room for the kids was unbelievable. They were living in a dream with all the fun bunk beds and two TVs. The shuffle board was a super fun addition, there were never ending board games played, and even lots of fun games for the back patio. We rented a boat slip and went boating a lot. While we were in the condo we enjoyed watching the many golfers go by. I must add this condo had every thing you could possibly need, if you forgot something, they had it!!! It was easy access to get around and you are right by the pool if you do not leave the resort. The beach was also a short 5 min walk or less around the corner. Jeff was always very responsive if I needed him with any questions that came up. I would HIGHLY recommend his beautiful condo to anyone. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it was perfect for us all. We never once felt crowded. The layout is amazing :) We will be back in the future!Thanks again, Jeff

Great place!

The condo was awesome! Very nice and very spacious. Golf course, pool, restaurant, and pontoon rental were all very nice and convenient. Fully stocked cooking essentials in the kitchen were a nice touch. This place really has it all. The one downside was the strict community… we got scolded a couple of times from property management and condo owners about wristbands, snacks in the pool area being too close to the water, walking down the street “on the wrong side”, parking, etc. lol. It was slightly comical but also felt like we were always being watched as the “renters”.

Very nice unit in the complex of condos. Golf course steps away and a great clubhouse/bar and restaurant.Unit has plenty of room for 6-8 people and the furniture is high quality not the IKEA stuff you sometimes find in rentals. Comfortable beds - would book again.

This condo had it all!!!

So much space here in this condo. The description is absolutely true. Watching the golfers was entertaining, Deer watching from our back patio was so cool! From the comfortable beds to the games galore, to the blender to make our ice cream drinks… Thanks Jeff and Cheryl , we will definitely rent again. The bowling shuffle board was the most fun ever! Beautiful condo for a week with family

This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It really has everything you need for a get away. The kitchen seemed to have anything you needed. The bedrooms were very comfy. Lots of extra bedding and pillows, beach/pool towels, etc. The bunk room is perfect for any mix of ages with single bunks and even a queen bed, along with a gaming system, two tvs, and fun chairs! Shuffle board was a hit and the cupboards full of games and activities. The netted patio was a great spot to spectate golf safely. Access to the garage was perfect for our bikes and pool/beach gear and the use of the grill. This location was amazing for pool usage (which we hit up everyday). Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book this condo again!

Great location right next to the pool at Northern Bay - great spot to watch golfers come in at hole #1 as well. House was clean except for the floors which were very dirty requiring shoes at all times. House was equipped with lots of amenities. Did bike around the property but no other bike paths around that we found. Pickleball/tennis was close as well. We would go back!

Softball getaway

This is our 3rd time staying in the area for the annual youth softball tournament in Adams and 1st time at Northern Bay. This was definitely the best! Northern Bay golf resort has everything that we could have asked for. The girls enjoyed the pool, lake and volleyball court. The adults enjoyed the golf course, tiki bar and club house! Our family has stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this condo is definitely one of the best! It was clean, newly renovated, beautifully appointed and had everything that we needed for a fun weekend. The girls absolutely loved the bunk bed room with gaming console! We were a little concerned that they wouldn’t want to come home! A big thanks to the condo owners for going above and beyond for our stay! We’ve already rebooked for next yr!!!!
