«unexpected… nice grounds, rooms and amenities. it was a nice escape for us. but had trouble parking one of the days due to an event at the time we were booked. that should have been better planned by the hotel—an event should not have priority over the only designated parking area allotted to paying guests. additionally, the hot tub was not heated during our stay, which came as a surprise to us.»

«We were planning to be in Bentonville for four days so we reserved a king suite. It had a small sitting area with a couch, chair, and tv. That made it nice to return to the hotel between activities and rest for a bit before heading out again. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfasts were standard hotel fare, but filling. My husband loved the 24-hour access to coffee.»

«This was my third stay at this hotel. It’s a convenient location. The same attendant has been on duty each time and is always friendly and courteous. I like that there is no carpet anywhere. It’s always been very clean.»

«This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!»

«This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities.»

«The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean overall. However, the room had a noticeable pet odor, and the toilet seat wouldn’t close properly because it was stuck against the sink counter. The lobby looked much nicer than the rooms themselves. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and Walmart.»
