«AC, free parking»

«I only read negative reviews when I'm researching a place to stay, especially complaints about cleanliness. The 233 didn't have bad reviews and mine isn't either. The entire setup was well thought out and we enjoyed a pleasant evening at the Crust after a long day's drive and four hours of business. The food and service were above par. After a good night's sleep, we were ready for another long day of driving, I highly recommend and will stay again at The 233.»

«The room was very comfortable and clean»

«Good breakfast, nice pool, kind staff»

«The hotel is in the center of the Mesa downtown area which makes it accessible to various shops. The room sits as an apartment style and provides a spacious living area. Enjoyed the views from the room!»

«Key card stopped working and then claimed that my room was not in my name.had Expedia customer care reach out to them that they had internal error, yet they refused to budge and called the police. The Good: Theres a lot of parking. And air conditioning. The Bad: Its run down and very outdated and old. The front door has a big gap on the bottom where bugs are getting in and ...

«Very comfortable and it had everything I needed to make breakfast and get a good night rest.»

«Hotellet var nytt, fint og rett ved Tempe Marketplace. Bodde der 5 dager og oppdaget på dag 3 at noen hadde tømt den nye parfymen min. Kom med en full parfyme og reiste med en nesten tom. Det er første gang jeg opplever dette på noe hotell. Jeg informerte resepsjonen om hendelsen men hørte ikke noe mer.»

«Clean room, beautiful bathroom with tile shower, contential breakfast was your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, English muffins, danishes... All very fresh and tasty. I especially liked their salsa that was set out by the eggs, it tasted homemade.»

«I arrived early and a very nice room was available. Was given vouchers for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant. Will return next time in Tempe.»

«Clean, spacious, good location, pleasant staff. Parking very close by.»
