Allocigale is a residential estate set within 5 acres of pine forest, just under a mile from the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer. The grounds accommodate a limited number of properties, tucked beneath the pines with plenty of shade and space for everyone. The estate is fully enclosed and parking is kept to the perimeter — inside, you get around on foot.

The atmosphere is that of a small, private residence where you quickly get to know your fellow guests. Les Grillons is a semi-detached garden-level house with direct access to the outdoor areas. It offers 44 m² of interior space extended by a bright 22 m² veranda that can serve as a second air-conditioned lounge. Outside, a private enclosed area in front of the house — ideal for keeping an eye on young children from the terrace. Private barbecue, parking space and garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers).

Interior layout

The living room features a dining corner, two armchairs and a sofa bed, plus a TV with TNT-Sat decoder. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 160x200. Bedroom 2 is fitted with bunk beds (120x190 below, 90x190 above), for a total capacity of 5 people. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, hob, oven/grill combo, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom features a shower cubicle and WC. An adjoining room houses the private washing machine and cleaning equipment.

Reversible air conditioning, electric heating, fan and free WiFi. Pets accepted on request outside high season.
