Unusual Holiday Cottage at Mas Boutet in Argelès-sur-Mer

Set in a detached former sheepfold amid 7,000 m² of organically grown olive trees, the cottage has 2 bedrooms with separate entrances, small private terraces with outdoor seating and 2 parking spaces.



Each bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) on a mezzanine, ideal for a teenager. Enjoy comfortable bedding, a private bathroom, a kettle and air conditioning. There is no TV or Wi-Fi: this is a place to disconnect, but 4G/5G works very well. Soft lighting and furniture that complements the setting create a welcoming atmosphere.



Sheets and towels are provided and beds are made for your arrival (replacements available for an extra fee). A small equipped kitchen is available in a separate building 30 metres away, with a microwave/oven, ceramic hob, kettle, sink, crockery and a table for 5. It is ideal for preparing or reheating meals. Next door, a private area has refrigerators, storage, a washer-dryer and a sink.



Outside, a terrace with lounge seating and tables lets you dine overlooking the olive trees. A plancha grill is also available. The 1,300 m² landscaped grounds, with pines and Mediterranean vegetation, and the 7,000 m² olive grove offer a peaceful setting to relax on the sun loungers.
