The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency in Argelès-sur-Mer offers you this charming 120 m² air-conditioned single-storey house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace (first flambée offered)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Krups nescafé dolce gusto...

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be moved closer together (beds have independent electric recliners)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, ping-pong table, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
