The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Argelès-sur-Mer, this charming house with a surface of 100 m ², which can accomodate up to 8 travelers, but is however unsuited to receive a group of young people. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 35 m² as well as a terrace. We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden, facing East of about 35 m², partly gravelled with plant border.
- A fully tiled terrace of about 21 m ² exposed East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even greater comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, column fans in bedrooms.

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in a residential area. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nestled at the foot of the Albères mountains, the famous seaside resort of Argelès-sur-Mer has all the ingredients for a vacation that is both sporty and relaxing. Its vast 7-kilometer sandy beach, its 12-hectare pine forest on the seafront, and its 3-kilometer tree-lined promenade make it a very popular tourist destination. Numerous activities of nautical leisure, but also terrestrial, are moreover practicable there.
- Tourist sites: Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast), Perpignan the capital of Roussillon, Saint-Cyprien, Banyuls-sur-mer...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities, hiking, boat excursions, fishing, tennis, mini golf....
