Villa "Bassin d'Arcachon" with Private Pool, Private Terraces and Wi-Fi

Located in Arès, Villa Bassin d'Arcachon provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The 100 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine. A ping-pong table and a billiard table are also available for your entertainment. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.



This villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open-air terrace, covered terrace, barbecue and tennis court. The pool is accessible from May 1st to October 31st. The property is close to the beach.



Three parking spaces are available on the property and free street parking is possible. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, electric car charging and events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The interior of the property is all on one level.



Guidelines are in place to help you sort waste correctly, with more information provided on site. The accommodation must be returned clean and in its original condition. Cleaning is included in your stay, but you are asked to wash and put away the dishes, empty the fridge and freezer, fold the blankets and leave the beds uncovered, empty all bins, clean the plancha and check that you have not forgotten anything in the cupboards.
