The accommodation is quietly arranged over the first floor of a modern two-story building and enjoys a generous open-plan living space which opens onto the terrace and incorporates a modern kitchen and dining room. This area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a Smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge.

The property is ideally situated, a 10-minute drive north of Lake Garda in the picturesque town of Arco. Renowned as the rock-climbing capital of Italy, Arco has a rich history with medieval streets, elegant villas and a castle. Perched on a rocky outcrop above the town, Castello di Arco (a 10-minute walk / 6-minute drive) is the town\'s most prominent landmark and enjoys views of the valley and Lake Garda.

Arco is surrounded by the mountains of the Southern Alps and attracts climbers from all over the world. The town hosts the annual Rock Master Festival, a major international climbing competition. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and paragliding in the surrounding countryside.
