Estivemos no hotel ontem, foi bastante decepcionante, apesar do atendimento na recepção ser bom, fomos informados que o banho é apenas de 4 minutos, depois a energia é cortada e a água fica fria, um absurdo! Porque isso não é citado na hora da reserva? Mal conseguimos tomar banho num banheiro precário, onde a cortina de plástico grudava no corpo, não pude lavar os cabelos, não havia tempo hábil. O quarto tem cheiro forte de mofo e é velho. O estacionamento é na rua mesmo, não é fechado.

Your comment is misleading and false. The truth is that you were upset and angry when we refused your request to cancel the second room you had booked, (multi-room reservation). Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations on the same day at 19:00. You could inform us at least 1 day before, but you did not. Cancelation policy was 7 days prior arrival. We had kept the room for you all this time and we did not offer it to other customers who asked to book the room all the previous months. You contacted Expedia 5 times times that night and asked us to do you a favor and not charge the second room. Finally the next morning we didn't charge you for the second room you wanted to cancel because we found last minute clients by telephone. Expedia must remove the comment as inaccurate and false, as a result of blackmail from customer to hotel in order to post negative review. You tried to hide the in incident and did not say a word about the real story in your ….negative review . Expedia agent can check the multiple waver requests , which finally we accepted free of charge. Hoteliers are partners with Expedia and should not treat us unfair.We feel unprotected and exposed to clients with unfair behavior .

Beautiful Olympia
Friendly staff, room and bathroom were very clean. As with many older hotels, shower over bath, which we find a bit difficult to manage as older travellers. We didn’t have the optional €7 breakfast so unable to comment. We were able to check in early which was a bonus, and leave our bags for a few hours after check out. Close to bus stop. Only issue was pillows were uncomfortable.

Hello, thanks for your comments. Our optional buffet breakfast of 7 contains 22 products. Outdoors is shops, you paid more 7 for a coffee and a cookie

Centrally located, friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Parking was great as well. A bit dated but again great for a quick stay. Breakfast was a good bargain and just what you need before starting your day.

Just a perfect spot to spend the night in anticipation of an early morning visit to the sites. Friendly and generous reception with immediate advice on dining and making the most of a day in Olympia. Quiet, clean, cool room. Great parking and easy access to everything. Travelling with wife and two adult daughters.

HelloOur buffet breakfast has 20 different products.You expressed your disappointment during checkout because you had to wait for long but was not our fault because you thought reservation was paid . We provided you documents that reservation was “hotel collect”. It was written in your reservation email.Also the first 2 credit cards you provided were invalid.

Management was one of nicest we experienced on our trip. Parking was on the premise, under orange trees no less. The archeological site was within walking distance (3 minutes). The recommended restaurant had great food. Our family (with two rooms) was very happy.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Olympia!
Nice, comfortable hotel. Decent breakfast. Great service from the front desk regarding the archeological sites, places to eat. Also, Very near Magna Grecia,, an agriturismo, for olive oil production and wine tours.

Alberghetto in pieno centro a due passi dai negozietti e dal museo di Archimede (ad ingresso gratuito). La gentilezza del gestore che ci ha subito fornito informazioni utili compresa una applicazione da scaricare sul cellulare per godere a pieno dei resti archeologici e la colazione dignitosissima(compreso un ottimo cappuccino italiano)ripagano dello spazio un pò ristretto della camera (viaggio in famiglia camera da 4).

Pros: The hotel is nice and very helpful. He even provide tourist apps and TV shows. Cons: The hotel is not as nice as in the hotel pictures. The hotel is 3* hotel and the pictures match it. The hotel is clean, but with cheap remodeling, bedding, and furnishing, similar to motel 6. The breakfast is very basic, not recommended if you need to pay for it.

Comfortable hotel in the town of Ancient Olympia within walking distance to the archeological site and the museum. The proprietor is friendly and gracious. He loaned us a book about the archeological site to use while we were there. Breakfast was good and the room comfortable.

Approaching the historic site of Olympia and the market where cafe, restaurants and shops for souvenirs are easily located apart from a supermarket so that bottle waters, snacks and ice-creams can also be bought. A bus station is nearby by crossing the main road and a stop is set up. You can take a bus to the Central Bus Station in Pyrgos connecting to the major cities such as Athens.

They were very helpful and friendly as soon as we arrived, they gave us a map of the sites and there was an informative video about Olympia on the TV in the rooms. The rooms were clean and functional, with no light at all coming in from outside at night or in the morning due to the shutter/doors. The breakfast was very good, and it was really easy to park in their car park, which is just behind the hotel under some orange trees.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy right next to the hotel. The hotel is super close to everything, and all museums and sites are within a 10-15 minute walk. The room was simple but comfortable, clean, and spacious, and we had a nice little balcony that we did not get to use since it was quite hot outside!
