Suitable for family vacations, the apartment is 45 square meters, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, has a furnished balcony and PMR access and can accommodate four people.
Also warm, bright and well appointed, it includes: a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with a sofa bed.

The following equipment will be at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Television, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

The location of the accommodation is ideal, you can do everything on foot! It overlooks the Place des Halles, is close to the train station and is a few meters from the beach and the Arcachon Casino.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the most famous tourist sites such as: the Thiers Pier at 7 minutes, the Mauresque Park at 8 minutes, the Sainte-Cécile Observatory at 9 minutes, the Winter City District at 10 minutes, the Dune du Pilat at 25 minutes by public transport (Baïa bus line), and many others...

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a town in the southwest of France located in the Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through the numerous hiking trails, bicycle paths and water planes suitable for water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the port or taking a boat to Bird Island. The Winter City is a district where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama on the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the lighthouse of Cap Ferret. It is a city full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its smell of pine and sea salt.
