The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility of preparing meals and provides access to the outside. A hallway leads to a shower room and separate toilet, while two semi-basement bedrooms, both facing east, each offer a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe or closet.
Enjoy the tranquility of the private terrace, surrounded by greenery, for relaxation. A parking space is available, with the option of free street parking if needed.
