Accommodation
Fully renovated flat of 36 m², located in a quiet environment a stone's throw from the centre and less than 500 metres from the beach, accommodating 2 to 4 people.
The flat is located near the Arcachon train station, in a quiet private alley away from the street. All amenities, as well as the train station, are within walking distance. The flat, on the garden level, benefits from free private parking and a small terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue (about 10 m², sunny at midday and in the afternoon).

The flat is composed of a living room with a sofa bed (140) and TV with Orange box (wifi included), a separate well-equipped kitchen (a complete crockery kit, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (160) and storage space, a shower room with WC.

Well-equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable, the flat is functional and ideal for holidays as a couple or with the family.

The flat is located in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the train station and all amenities.
Ideal starting point for the beach, shopping, water activities, cycling...
Supermarket a few dozen metres away, all shops within a kilometre.
