The men at the front desk were very rude, unprofessional, and had no knowledge of customer service. They gave us a room without an air conditioner, even though the temperature was around 30 degrees Celsius. I decided to move to another hotel in town on my third day because I couldn’t stand the heat. I was supposed to stay for five days.When I checked out on the third day, they suddenly told me that there was a room with air conditioning available. I asked why they hadn’t offered it to me in the first place, but they had no answer and didn’t apologize. One of them even said, “There’s a fan in the room,” clearly unaware of the huge difference between a fan and an air conditioner.I regret not booking with Haile Resort instead — they truly offer the best customer service. I would not recommend Paradise Lodge to anyone
