The area sits alongside Arakoon National Park — one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the NSW Mid North Coast.

The beach is literally a 5-minute walk from the front door. Keep your eyes on the trees across the road — koalas are regular visitors and often spotted from the property.

The pool house lights must be turned off at night as they shine directly into the neighbouring property.

Quiet hours from 9:00 PM — please be considerate of neighbours.

Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.
