This property is clean, the staff is great and the food they serve during breakfast and room service is very good. This property has been modernized in the common areas. However, the furniture in the suite we rented was old and shows excessive use. The suite we rented, had uncomfortable, discolored and dated couch and armchairs. Should the furniture be updated, we would give this hotel a 5 star.

Good property in the citycenter, hotel not so crowded, restaurant functional as should be (not only for the breakfast), easy to reach city center points of interests by walking. Room clean, even the hotel will need a refurbish sooner then later.

Dear guest, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Arad and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Our hotel has been partially refurbished and we will continue this process in the coming years. It is difficult and sometimes even impossible to transform a building that dates back to 90''into a 100% modern hotel. Our hotel does not have air conditioning but a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. We are aware of this unpleasant situation and are looking for technical solutions for the existing equipment. Regarding the cleaning, The Housekeeping Department is looking for solutions to clean rooms more efficiently and avoid situations like the one you described. Even though you probably won't be coming back to us, thank you for your feedback. We will try to improve our service continuously.

I asked for a room on the top floor and I was offered a room on the 1st floor. I didn't complain but eventually I found out later on that the WIFI wasn't working on that area which matters a lot to me. I was there for work, not leisure.

It’s a fabulous hotel. The rooms are spacious and greet you with water and coffee and mini fridge should you decide to partake or need to keep something cold. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly suggest if you need accommodations in Arad, you stay here. Everything is within walking distance. Museums, the river walk, restaurants and shopping.

Likte: Renhold og fasiliteter
Ich war vom 4.8.22-8.8.22 in diesen Hotel.um es auf den Punkt zu bringen ich bin Enttäuscht!!Von der ersten Nacht an war jeden Abend am 22Uhr irgendwo in der näheren Umgebung Musik :Techno, etc. die Lautstärke steigerte von Stunde zu Stunde und ging bis 5 Uhr in der Frühe.am 7.8. sogar bis 5:30 Uhr. Die Nacht war natürlich gelaufen. Sowie beim Frühstück herrschte das totale Chaos. Es war total überfüllt! Von der Qualität ganz zu schweigen! in manchen Pensionen ist es besser als in diesen"4 Sterne Hotel!!!Ich war nur 5Tage in diesen Hotel. Im Restaurant habe ich 3 mal es war O.K. enspricht aber nicht eines 4 Sterne Hotel. Ich verstehe nicht wie man so ein Hotel vermitteln kann. Einmal und nicht wieder!!!
