«Very clean and well maintained. Staff very welcoming and helpful.»

«We were impressed the staff were very friendly and professional, room was clean, the breakfast was okay, but we would have loved to have more fresh fruits varieties, and sourdough bread. The meals we had at the pool were good and the greek salad was super delicious. The complementary welcome drink at the reception was yummie, and the virgin Pina Colada at the pool was refreshing (thank you). The hotel was really nice and the pool was great, the view from the room over looking the sea was ...

«Excellent experience »

«The view from the roof top was amazing, clean property and rooms, welcoming staff and quiet place , not far from the shopping areas and the beach. Definitely will be back»

«My superior room had a nice sunset view overlooking the main pool. Very good. Gated community with focus on security. Was able to check-in a little earlier than I should. Swimming pools are a big plus and there are many of them. Separate one for adults only. Breakfast selection OK. WiFi connection OK. Unfortunately some drawbacks with this hotel. I found ants in my room every day. The first two days I had no hot water. The aircondition was very loud (even on Low), so I had to turn it off during ...

«Southern Star Club used to be one of our favorite places to stay in Aqaba because of its location close to the sea, good prices, and the helpful people. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. We were the only guests staying at the property, so we expected the experience to be a little more flexible and comfortable. The room was extremely hot, and we had issues with the AC. We asked if we could leave it running while we were out so the room would ...

«Akkurat det man er ute etter når man skal bade og kose seg i varmen. Personalet var fantastisk og barna storkoste seg. Maten på hotellet var bare ok, men ikke lange kjøreturen til Aquaba. »

«Hyggelig hotell, med fri tilgang på strandområde og solsenger, snorkling og dykking. Akkurat hva vi trengte der og da:) Kan anbefales.»

«Tried to contact hotel to inform that we were delayed on our journey and at the same time order pick up from the airport. They never replied and when I tried to call the contact telephone number on their website , they just hanged up. When I arrived around midnight 24 hr + late at the hotel in a taxi , they had cancelled my booking due to "NOSHOW" !!! An arrogant man in the reseption did not want to hear any excuses and said that I had to take this with Expedia who I booked the stay with.So I ...

«Fantastisk rom med flott utsikt over Rødehavet. Perfekt service i alle deler av hotellet. Stranden og bassenget var hele tiden holdt rent og velstelt. Selv om vi var der i en stille periode. FroFrokosten var »

«Had a great time at Hyatt Aqaba. Gated community with high security focus. Room looks great. Marina view is not worth the extra cost unless you get pool view. Aircondition is quiet and nice. Pool area is great. Free transportation to and from golf club. Good breakfast. Red restaturant has good food and service. Nothing to see or do in the local area unless you drive to Aqaba or somewhere else. Very hot in July.»

«Very good service The front disk man amazing job Very clean hotel Very Good breakfast»
