«Thank you again Josh for your hospitality. We spent 5 memorable days at your Santa Cruz home. The amenities were excellent including towels, beds, and beach equipment. Every morning and evening walks to the beach we'll miss the most. BBQ and kitchen are top notch as we had all our meals there. Definitely a 10-star experience and we hope to return some day. Cordial neighbors too.»

«Three blocks from the Twin Lakes Beach, less than a mile from The Boardwalk and Seabright Beach ... all really walkable. Hidden away at the end of a short dead end street. Far enough from the Main street to be quiet but also close enough to hop onto with ease. Very pet friendly, especially with the enclosed front yard. Very nice place to stay.»

«The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!»
