«The admission was a little chaotic as we forgot where to park (had been there a couple of years ago) and didn't get directions from the staff either that we probably should park first then check in then unload our luggage... The rest of the stay was as expected. Had fun in the water park and the food was good too. They didn't come to make the bed though only gave us more clean towels after first night (We booked for two nights). Overall, ok.»

«I really love the location and the amenities and I would love to see this place renovated . Chairs ,rugs are very outdated and the indoor pool and gym area needs more maintenance. This hotel has so much potential if the place get all the renovations that are needed it could be one of the nest hotel in the area»

«Do not stay here. So dirty, exposed wires, hair all over the bathroom and bugs on the floor. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Expedia will not refund any money nor will the hotel.»

«Cottage was gorgeous heading into, had plates, fresh pack of paper towels, dish soap, and much more!! Volleyball and the little beach was fun to do, especially each cottage getting a complimentary rowing boat. Very cool, will be back again!!»

«Everything was good. The only thing it was expensive for one night and stayed at the hotel during the weekend. We wanted to swim inside the pool but they were closed after 7 pm. Also, you need to reserve to have dinner before you go downstairs main lobby to eat. Everything else was good.»

«The property was clean and the staff friendly. However, it is outdated and the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversation from the next room and the slamming of everyone's doors when they left was also jarring.»

«After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them.»

«Clean and in a walkable area to restaurants. Parking easy. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked like they put out a nice spread. Renovations going on inside and outside the hotel at the time we stayed. Front desk staff are meh. I stood there for quite a while when we arrived, watching one person at the front desk checking off something from too long two columns of a list and another staff member eating before they acknowledged me. «I booked for a cabin with bathroom and kitchen. And I receive a primitive cabin. Only light bulb and a fan.»

«The apple garden of eden smelt like mold. It was no hot water Diane from the front desk was so very helpful. She upgraded our room to the champagne tower suite. The food was fantastic. It was prepared to order by a chef. Our waitress Kay was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and great. Especially the front desk. Needs upgraded.»

«Clean house, very organized, the host gave me early access although I was a bit disappointed because the check in time was an hour later than the usual 3 pm. The home was very spacious and well decided, the bedrooms are ver spacious. My group would definitely try to book it again»
