Villa Horizon at Aqua Vista is a brand-new seafront villa designed around elegance, comfort and effortless coastal living. Its contemporary minimalist interiors combine natural tones, carefully selected materials and refined lighting details to create a warm, sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere inspired by the sea.

Perfectly positioned directly on the seafront and within the heart of Kalyves, the villa offers the rare combination of beautiful sea views and the convenience of village life. Shops, restaurants, cafés, local amenities and the sandy beach are all within easy walking distance, while free public parking provided by the municipality is available just outside the villa.

On the ground floor, Villa Horizon features a bright and comfortable living area, an elegant dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and espresso coffee machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A stylish kitchen island with discreet hidden lighting adds a contemporary architectural touch and enhances the villa’s refined atmosphere.

The ground floor also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and practical storage space for added convenience.

Upstairs, the villa offers three beautifully presented bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. For added convenience, the washing machine and dryer are discreetly located within the upstairs bathroom.

The master bedroom and the second, smaller bedroom both enjoy beautiful direct sea views and share a generous balcony overlooking the water. Comfortably accommodating up to five guests, this balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, share a glass of wine at sunset or simply relax while taking in the ever-changing colours of the Cretan Sea.

The smaller sea-view bedroom has a particularly special character, with a large balcony door opening directly towards the water. From the bed, the uninterrupted view creates an almost floating sensation, as though you were travelling above the sea.

The third double bedroom benefits from natural light through its window, although it does not include a balcony.

Both double bedrooms are equipped with plasma TVs for additional comfort and entertainment, while the smaller bedroom does not include a television.

Each bedroom is fitted with a spacious mirrored wardrobe, combining practical storage with an elegant finishing touch.

One of the most distinctive features of Villa Horizon is its private 2 x 2 metre heated jacuzzi, discreetly positioned on the secluded rear veranda.

Unlike the seafront side of the villa, this area has been designed as a highly private retreat, offering guests a peaceful and intimate setting away from the more open coastal frontage. It is an ideal place to unwind, enjoy a quiet evening or simply relax in complete comfort within your own private outdoor space.

The jacuzzi is exclusively for the guests of Villa Horizon and is never shared with anyone else.

Please note that the private heated jacuzzi is offered as an optional luxury extra throughout the entire season and is not included in the accommodation rate.

Because it is individually prepared for each reservation, it is professionally cleaned, freshly filled and heated specifically for every booking. This ensures that each guest enjoys a fresh, carefully prepared and completely private jacuzzi experience.

If selected, the jacuzzi is available at an additional charge of €25 per day and is prepared for the full duration of the reservation.

A welcome treat will be waiting upon arrival as a small gesture from us to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Professional cleaning is provided before check-in and after check-out to ensure that the villa is always prepared to a high standard of cleanliness, comfort and presentation. For stays longer than seven days, an additional cleaning service is provided every seven days, including fresh bed linen and towel changes for the comfort of our guests.

All applicable accommodation taxes are included in the rate, so guests can enjoy their stay without unexpected additional charges.
