«Four adults stayed in Cottage 1 at Buccaneer Beach Club. We checked into a clean cottage and it was cleaned every 2nd day. Shout out to Natalie who cleaned and always had the nicest smile and kind soul. Stanley is one of the first faces we saw, he greeted us and helped with the luggage and groceries we had. «We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff.
All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. Yvette was also extremely pleasant and friendly during every interaction.
