«Bar was not well stacked. There was no entertainment in the middle of springbreak. Some nice Caribbean music would have been nice at nights. Pastries were stale. Some Caribbean dishes and pastries would have been appreciated. »

«Jeg hadde to døgn som avslutning på en seilferie og er svært tilfreds med hotellet. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme personal og greie fasiliteter. Gratis utlån av PC. Kom tildlig og ble tilbudt mat før ordinær innsjekk og etter utsjekking ved avreise. Betalte kun atten dollar (us) for samletaxi til flyplass. Maten var god uten de store gastronomiske opplevelsene. Rommene store med TV og gratis safe. Hotellet tilbød organiserte noen timers handleturer til St. John for fjorten us dollar - ok. Vil gjerne ...

«Poolside was great! Limited seating at the pool. If you don’t get there early, you are out of luck.
Views were fantastic. Staff was lovely and took good care during our staff.
Facilities and room were clean. Needs renovation, modern updates.»

«The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement.
The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel.
The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate. ...
