Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet. De ansatte snakker engelsk, og står klar til å gi veldig god service hele tiden. Maten var god, og bassengområdet og området rundt hotellet ellers var veldig bra!

Buen Dia Sra. MónicaLamentamos las molestas pero le comentamos que su cambio fue para darle un up grade y su nueva habitación contaba con una cama King size y un sofá-cama, con gusto le realizamos el cambio pero fue algo tardado (unos minutos) por la hora del cambio y estar a casa llena.Lamentamos los inconvenientes y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar nuestro servicio.

It was a nice environment and facility with various pool options (to escape loud music and games at one of the pols). The WiFi service was excellent. The housekeeping service quickly supplied the additional towels we needed. I was surprised that we didn’t have a coffee maker in our double bed room even though my nephew’s king bed room (105) had one (and I'd checked the pics before I booked). When I asked Reception about it, they said it’s not a standard in every room. This is an upscale hotel and yet it isn’t providing totally an upscale experience. In-room coffee/tea service are delivered everywhere in the world when I’ve stayed in similar hotels. Also - the website isn’t updated for what is currently available such as restaurant hours, menu options, info on the shuttle to the historic area.

The property was really nice. The pool areas were well kept and the staff was all super friendly. I was able to check in and leave my bag, use the showers and hang out before my room was ready, which was very nice of them. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. All around, great experience!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, although you pay more because it is really beautiful, one couple coffee is double the price . They could at least give you a cup of complimentary coffee.

Beautiful property with pool, fitness facilities. Staff at the front desk is not very helpful though. We had reached half hour before check-in from international travel and they refused to let us into our rooms. Hotel itself is close enough to main city area but not loud.

This is a very beautiful and quiet property. The service is excellent. Two wonderful pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a free shuttle every hour to Antigua, but also very walkable to the centre.

We had a poor experience upon arrival. We booked a room for 4 but were told it was for only 2. They then proceeded to tell us that it was a maximum of 3 per room because our children were considered adults over 11. This was clearly a way to make customers pay more money for a second room. After 45 minutes they allowed us to have 4 but charged us another 325 dollars for 4 days. Now this was no VIP stay as we were considered. There was no breakfast included or anything else! No outside food is allowed in the common areas and at the pool. You are forced to pay high prices for tasteless food. We ate there once and that was enough for us. The location was good but that’s about all!

Two things we did not like, the showers are too small and made for small and short people I'm 6'0 and it was hard for me to fit and take a shower in my room. The second thing we got sick from eating the seafood pasta therefore the restaurant needs to be careful how food is prepared and stored.
