  • Modern apartment, renovated, it is air-conditioned with top-of-the-range services. American kitchen with American fridge in the living room where there is a large flat TV and a sofa bed 160x2000.
    You have 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a bed of 180x200 and another with 2 beds of 90x190. A separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and dryer. Ideally located 50 meters from the seafront and the beach of Juan les Pins, in the city center.
    A public parking lot, free except July-August, is right in front, you have easy access to the private and public beaches right in front of the apartment.
    Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as well as the train station, which is only 200m away.
    Cannes is 10 minutes by train and 15 minutes by car.
