This was amazing trip, lots of activities everyday for kids and adults. Good variety of foods. This is a perfectc place for families with kids till age of 8-9 but if you have teenagers or children betwèen 9-12 activities might be a little bit boring

Fantastisk hotell!
Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her! Alt fra maten til gjestfriheten var helt glimrende. Vi elsket absolutt alt, utrolig barnevennlig hotell!! Anbefales på det sterkeste! Det eneste kjipe var sinnsykt dårlig nett og litt utdaterte hotellputer. Kan ellers ikke klage på noe som helst.

Et fantastisk uke på dette all inclusive hotellet
Et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet i en uke med gode venner i junior suite. Maten var variert med mange gode retter og fint tilberedt på et all inclusive hotell. Veldig god mat på den indiske og italienske resturangen og flott tilberedt med mange gode retter. Renholdet var veldig bra og alltid rene håndklær og ingen mangler. Utsikten utover havet var magisk og flotte terasser med god plass til å nyte utsikten. Et hotell som virkelig kan anbefales og reiser gjerne tilbake her på ferie.

Very nice resort holiday. Nothing you could fault. The Gentleman on the front desk was not the most helpful, but i got around by asking someone else. there is plenty going on in the place but you have to find out yourself. No one really tells you what is happening.

Excellent property would rate it as a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star as I feel it doesn’t meet the 5 star standards. Only 20 mins or so from Antalya Airport. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room and the view was excellent. The room is well equipped. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the hotel. Just a few things they can look at improving, one is that there were flies in the Zen Restaurant where the all inclusive buffet is served, that’s not a good sign of hygiene, the hotel management need to do something about it as that is not what you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel. The second thing is that there a too many people and very few lifts. We had to wait over 10 mins each time to get a lift, the management should look at adding more lifts/elevators in the property. The rooms are a bit outdated and getting old and definitely needs some attention towards making them more modern and giving them a new look.

This is a lovely family friendly hotel with lots to do and very relaxing. The SPA was great and the food was great and the variaty of deserts was amazing. The staff were great and we were well looked after.

Slides are great in the pool, great entertainment for children with these. The sea and Jetty were excellent and the food was very good in most places. A wide variety, fresh and varied with lots of different cultures considered. The drinks available were poor. Basically Efes beer, cheap wine or very sugary cocktails that were made cheaply. Most the juices for children are not fresh but more sugary. The indoor pool is nice for poor weather! The coffee house is a nice place to relax and the spa is lovely too. I would probably mark this as a low budget 4 star hotel as the “all inclusive” isn’t really all inclusive. You have to pay for tennis. You have to pay for evening bingo. You have to pay for popcorn and candi floss or for premium beer / wine, also the arcade can cost a lot where the children’s entertainment is limited. It never truly felt like an all inclusive but more what else could they extract from you. Value for money I would rate as negative as it wasn’t cheap and didn’t exceed expectations at all for what was paid. We had a good holiday but I wouldn’t go back

All positives: - The all the staffs were very friendly and made our stay memorable. - The price was very reasonable for 3 adults and 1 kid stay with all onboard. - Hotel has parking which we used and was convinent. - Rooms are cleaned everyday, so it was nice and fresh. - My mom fainted one night, and help was immediately available and the staff looked after us well, so 5 stars for the staffs. - Entertainments and show are amazing as well. Things to improve: - Its definitely not a five star hotel. - The labeling on food was not that reliable. We were a mix of vegetarians and vegans, and the options were very limited. Please be careful if you have allergies. - The whole city only wants Euros, they do not deal with local currency Lira for some strange reason. The prices are European too.

We only stayed 4 days, and we're not able to finish all the amenities. Next time, I would stay at least 7 days. We where there April 4 to 8th, weather was nice and sunny, but bit cold to go to the outdoor pool. The indoor pool is good temperature, and the indoor slide it so much fun. I wish they had hot jacuzzi. The food was plenty, and so much to choose from many different types. Almost everything was fresh made. Sometimes you would see same food from lunch for dinner. But still taste good. Sauna was nice, and the daily activities good. Kids entertainment team work really hard, everyday there is face painting, and 830pm kids dance, afterwards some kind of adult show. The after 10 disco was everyday empty. I guess people get tired by then. Shopping bazaar near the hotel maybe bit expansive, but if you just walk about 15min to grand bazaar, sultan bazaar they have good price ,but still have to negotiate the price, start asking half of what they say. I would definitely come back and stay for longer days.
