This beautiful and bright apartment can ideally accommodate 2 people, with a double bedroom.
It is located in the shopping area close to the lake and restaurants.

The bedroom has a 140x190 bed with dressing room.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the toilets are independent.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).


Parking is at the Bonlieu car park at the end of the street (11€ per 24h), the parking is underground, secure.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., independently thanks to a key box, instructions will be sent to you the day before by email.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
The morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, put your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room under the stairs of the main entrance.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
