Thanks for the review. Towels, sheets, etc. are all changed out after each guest. We use Bounce unscented dryer sheets, so not sure why they were "stinky". Thanks again, John

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately, we do have 3 rooms which are on the small side. The joys of owning a Heritage property, built in 1854. If you get the chance to come again, the Queen suite is quite large, as is room 1 (Queen and Double), and room 2 (Queen). Cheers, John

Thanks for your comments. I checked the light bulbs, and the one by the bed was unplugged...probably so someone could plug their phone in. The other was just a loose bulb. Sorry about the hot water issue. As I mentioned while you were here, three bedrooms share one hot water tank, which is usually good, unless everyone is leaving at the same time in the morning.

Sorry that you experienced some issues. We are actually one of the lower priced accommodations in Annapolis Royal. We have air conditioners in all rooms, and our staff go out of their way to look after guests.

Sorry that you didn't have a *5* stay. Without additional information, I can't address any concerns that you have. Our staff go out of their way to ensure every guest has a great experience.

I'm sorry your stay was less than you expected. Without comment, I have no idea why you would rate it as a 2. It's a Heritage Building, built in 1854, with many of the original architecture, including floors, stairs etc. Most people view it as charming, and welcoming. The staff go out of their way to make every experience enjoyable, and most people rave about the staff and the food. I'm sorry that we were not able to please you on your visit.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a great stay. It's a Heritage Building, built in 1854 with all original floors, and of course, the third floor is converted from an attic. The only room that has a fridge is the suite, but we can often store people's items for them. Unfortunately, with all of the Inns and B&B's in this area, there are none that have a public ice machine, but we always have ice in the bar for guests. Safe travels, John

Thanks Alex, we always appreciate feedback. As you mentioned, it is a heritage property and extra outlets aren't in the cards. There are glasses in all of the rooms, so it's possible you just missed them. Safe travels!
