The beachfront location opens a myriad of watersports and walking activities with the newly built Tomaree Coastal Walk right in front of the property, this is a great walk that takes you from Anna Bay all the way to Shoal Bay (27klm).
The property provides three parking spaces including a secure double garage and enough room on the street for small boat parking and an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a dryer which is located in the garage.
