Private home with fenced yard, confortable with a deck in backyard

Welcome! This home includes a large fenced in backyard sitting in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood. Located 10 minutes away from Ann Arbor downtown as well as Ypsilanti downtown. Local grocers include Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Kroger’s all 5 minutes away. Décor is modern and bright with plenty of sunlight and amenities. Numerous parks, restaurants and ethnic grocery stores are walking distance. DTW airport is 30 minutes away. Contact will be none/ minimal unless requested.

The space
Feel at home with access to the entire house which includes three comfortable bedrooms, fashioned with new king, queen, and full-sized mattresses. Enjoy meals together in the sun lit kitchen, or take it outside to the deck where chairs, glass table and umbrella are arranged. Start your mornings refreshed with a Keurig cup or pot of coffee. Enjoy the snacks provided and feel free to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
The living space includes a large sectional sofa with cable TV, high speed internet and amazon firestick so you can stream all your favorite shows using Netflix, HBO and other personal subscriptions. Additionally, there is a work station to catch up on any tasks during your stay. The living area as well as all bedrooms are equipped charging stations so you will never run low on battery!
Smart features include an August Smart lock which allows you phone-key access to the home (no meet-up necessary!) and Nest thermostat.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire house including the three bedrooms, kitchen, 1.5 baths and basement where there is a washer/dryer.
