«The contactless entry was great but we did meet one of their innkeepers who was great providing history of the property. This is a great place to stay if you are in to historic houses and properties. It was really a very lovely place. We stayed in the East property in a suite. The only thing I would suggest is for them to put more hooks in the bathroom, as there really isn't a place to hang towels. Also make sure you remember your passwords for streaming!»

«From Amy at the front desk to our amazing, clean and very nicely decorated, two room suite, we can not say enough great things about this awesome hotel. The Chaz Steakhouse downstairs did not disappoint either….. We enjoyed a delicious meal, with great live entertainment! »

«The front desk staff were very nice, and the room was comfortable and well furnished. The AC worked great. Unfortunately, we found out the heat worked great, also, because the hot water was warm at best and we were freezing after showering. Overall, though, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. »

«Room was clean and staff was great!!! There was a leak in the room above mine and because of that some of my shower calling got wet and came down and I let the front desk know and they immediately got maintenance called and they worked on the issue and even asked if I wanted to move rooms, but I declined because we were leaving the next day. We were still able to use the bathroom and shower. Valet was great and room service was awesome!!! All around stay was great and we will be back. »

«staff was great. Not enough towels in the room for 2 people, faucet ran into mirror and wouldn't turn all the way on, toilet ran for 5 minutes before it turned off, sheets were not put on the bed correctly and came off in the night on one bed. I appreciated getting an extra blanket as my roommate liked it colder than I do. We understand about construction going on. Appreciated then waiting until later in the morning for pounding and screwing.»

«It was just what I needed but I was blown away with the comfort of the bed, pillows and super clean. Will be back and hopefully can use outdoor area. Coffee in the lobby nice and quiet although on street side. Will be back!!!»

«Very good variety of food, and good tasting! I would prefer a walk in shower than a tub, I have neuirophy in my my feet so it is a little hard to climb over the edge of the tub; also need to have a couple more grab rails; other than that it was a great place»
